Dennis Kamp is an accomplished leader, diversly experienced in strengthening the operation and management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction programs for small, midsize and large companies that utilize geographically dispersed offices and workforces.
Mr. Kamp acquired his professional growth throughout a 25-year career with the Bechtel group of companies on programs both domestically and abroad in the areas of project controls, commercial & project management. Prior to his departure, his responsibility included the oversight of the day to-day operations encompassing strategy, execution, safety, customer satisfaction, quality of services and profitability for the western region of the telecom segment of Bechtel’s infrastructure group.
Mr. Kamp has since helped companies, both established and start-ups, build and strengthen their execution by improving the visibility of performance and cost data, and bringing out the best in individuals through mentoring, motivation, raising their commercial acumen.
